GNR Management Services Inc. does not use Remote Access software to access and control your computer without your consent and we will ensure that you are present at all times when our technicians are remotely accessing your device. Our technicians are trained in the use of this software and we take steps to limit access to confidential or sensitive information stored on your device or network, avoid deliberate destruction of information on your devices or networks, and help avoid system problems. GNR Management Services Inc. maintains specific internal policies and technical controls to limit how and when our remote access tools may be used to assist you.
GNR Management Services Inc. reserves the right to monitor and record on-line and off-line sessions between users and our technicians for quality assurance and training purposes.
